Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage with PSUs, Government organizations, and corporate clients for healthcare services tie-ups.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and HR / administration teams of corporate clients.
- Represent the hospital in meetings, presentations, and negotiations for empanelment and business agreements.
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for PSU and corporate segments.
- Plan and execute corporate health check-up packages, employee wellness programs, and tie-up initiatives.
- Track leads and convert them into business through structured follow-up.
- Coordination & Empanelment
- Work closely with TPA, insurance, and billing teams to ensure smooth service delivery for PSU and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team for organizing camps, awareness programs, and corporate outreach events.
- Market Intelligence
- Keep updated on PSU tenders, healthcare empanelment opportunities, and corporate requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay competitive.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of client interactions, agreements, and revenue generated from PSU and corporate clients.
- Submit periodic MIS reports to the management.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Good presentation and negotiation skills.Knowledge of healthcare marketing and PSU / corporate empanelment processes.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing / Healthcare preferred).1015 years of experience in corporate / PSU sales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or related industries.Prior experience in handling PSU empanelment's will be an added advantage.Skills Required
