partner network capable of taking us pan-India, and now a brand new product line. Ather Energy is at the forefront of a historic transformation of two-wheeler commute in India

With EVs poised to account for 25% share in the Indian automotive Industry by 2025 and the scooter industry to lead this shift in demand, It is widely estimated that by 2025, 35-40% of scooters sold will be electric. With a majority of this demand estimated to come from corporates, Rental and government business, we need the Corporate Sales Manager to grow the volumes from these segments by 3X year on year in the assigned Market.

Responsibilities will extend beyond just sales numbers and targets. The role is to establish, build and maintain a strong relationship with major corporate companies, Government departments, Rental aggregators and our retail partners. You will need to impress upon the retail partners to work on the defined segments of corporate & gain incremental volumes. Cross functional collaboration with the retail teams, marketing and HO functions will be a key performance indicator while working on the corporate business.

We are looking for a detail oriented, result oriented performer who can look for opportunities in every direction, and work on harnessing them.

As a zonal corporate sales manager, this role involves daily working with the retail field teams, dealership network and customers. The individual should be able to work in synergies with the internal teams to tap and bring out the best from the corporate segments.

Meticulous - Highly attentive to detail. Regard themselves as perfectionists and ensure a high level of quality. Are very thorough with their approach and want things done properly.

Generating Ideas - Enjoys the creative process and is fluent in generating ideas. Is willing to experiment with radical solutions to problems

Articulating Information - Enjoy meeting people and are confident in the presence of people / strangers. Good at explaining things and giving presentations

Some attributes that you bring to this role

What should I have graduated in

A Postgraduate or graduate degree in Business or Engineering from a Tier I / Tier II institute

The ideal candidate has minimum 6 years experience in the automobile and some experience handling corporate business.

Experience handling the North zone will be an added advantage.
