Roles and Responsibilities
Area : Responsibility
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute PSU-focused sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Business Development : Identify and target new business opportunities within PSUs and government bodies.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key PSU stakeholders and influencers.
- Tender / Bid Management : Lead end-to-end response for government tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids.
- Account Management : Manage and grow existing PSU accounts, ensuring delivery, upsell, and renewals.
- Industry Intelligence : Stay informed about government initiatives, schemes, and digital transformation efforts.

Skill Area : Required Proficiency
PSU / Government Sales : Deep understanding of government procurement lifecycle.Tender / Bid Management : Hands-on experience in responding to GeM, CPP, and manual tenders.Communication & Negotiation : Excellent stakeholder engagement and deal-closing skills.Tech Solution Selling : Ability to position IT infrastructure and services to PSUsStrategic Thinking : Ability to plan long-term engagement strategiesDocumentation & Compliance : Strong documentation and adherence to government procurement normsEducational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline
