Role Description
The Client Services Intern will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, managing service requests, and assisting in the resolution of issues while maintaining a positive customer experience. The intern will also collaborate with the finance team on client account-related support and manage records of customer interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Skills in Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction to effectively manage client relationships and provide excellent support
- Strong Communication skills to handle client interactions and convey information clearly and confidently
- Basic understanding of Financial concepts to assist with billing and account-related queries
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented work environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
