Senior Client Services Manager

Percept ICE a div of Percept Ltd is a leading Experiential Marketing and Event Management company, is looking for experienced talent in Senior Manager- Client Servicing & Project Management to manage client relationships and oversee the planning and execution of high-impact events, brand activations and experiential projects. This role requires excellent client communication, project management, strategic planning and event management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Servicing :

Act as the main contact for clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction from project inception to completion.

Event Management :

Oversee pitching, strategy, event logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Budget & Reporting :

Oversee and manage event budgets with the production / operations team, track expenses, and deliver post-event reports.

Team Collaboration :

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, etc.) to execute seamless events, and manage on-site teams during events.

Marketing & Promotion :

Assist in pre-event marketing efforts and create event collateral as needed. Candidates with digital marketing knowledge in the experiential marketing scenario will have an added advantage.

Required Skills :

• 5 to 12 years of experience in event management or brand activations.
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
