Job Title : Manager - Client Servicing

Location : Bengaluru

Experience : Min 5 years of work experience within Mainline or Digital agencies is mandatory ( Experience from other industries will not be considered for this position )

Role Summary

Dentsu is looking for a Manager – Account Management (Integrated) to manage and grow key fashion and lifestyle clients. This role requires a strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions across ATL and Social , with the ability to seamlessly connect brand strategy, creative execution, and media delivery.

The ideal candidate will be client-facing, detail-oriented, and capable of driving integrated campaigns end-to-end in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned fashion / lifestyle clients.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring smooth delivery across ATL and Social campaigns.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective integrated briefs.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive servicing and strategic thinking.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across TV, Print, OOH, Digital, and Social platforms.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, media, and social teams to deliver cohesive brand stories.
  • Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, media planning, social, production, and operations.
  • Ensure clarity of scope, expectations, and deliverables across teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively manage risks to delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for incremental business and campaign extensions.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports and presentations.
  • Support pitch efforts and client presentations when required.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in account management within an advertising or integrated agency.
  • Strong experience managing fashion or lifestyle brands is mandatory.
  • Hands-on exposure to ATL campaigns along with Social / Digital executions .
  • Strong understanding of the creative development and production process.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
