This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with premium clients , has a creative mindset , and thrives in a service-driven, detail-oriented environment.
What youāll do
- Manage end-to-end client servicing & customer experience for retail and corporate clients
- Handle enquiries across phone, WhatsApp Business, email & social media
- Coordinate orders with sales, operations, and logistics teams
- Support corporate gifting, bulk orders & festive campaigns
- S ocial media post ideas, overview, content approval and customer communication
