Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Growth Manager to lead the overall growth and business development for Metal Mandi . The ideal candidate will drive new business acquisition, customer engagement, and regional market expansion , while managing marketing initiatives, lead generation, and customer support functions. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive new business acquisition and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Manage and expand the regional business development teams to penetrate new markets.
- Build strong client relationships and strategic partnerships to enhance Metal Mandi's market footprint.
Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management
Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and monitor high-impact marketing campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, programmatic, and other ad networks.Strategically allocate and manage marketing budgets with a strict focus on ROI, ROAS, and customer quality.Partner with design and creative teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.Ensure campaign execution aligns with business objectives, driving both acquisition and retention.Customer Support & Lead Generation
Lead and manage the customer support and lead generation teams to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion.Implement effective processes for handling customer queries, feedback, and escalations.Funnel & Metrics Ownership
Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel : acquisition → activation → retention → monetization.Track, analyze, and improve KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, retention, and cohort performance.Attribution & Analytics
Maintain robust attribution frameworks using tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust.Conduct detailed cohort analyses and identify growth opportunities while reducing churn.Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with product and operations teams to align growth strategies with business priorities.Provide data-driven insights to influence the product roadmap and enhance customer lifetime value.Reporting & Strategy
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Stay updated on competition and market trends to identify new channels and tactics for acquisition.Experience
Required Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in growth, business development, or performance marketing within a B2C, B2B marketplace, or industrial / commodities environment.Prior experience in managing customer support, lead generation, and regional sales teams is highly preferred.Technical Skills
Strong grasp of user acquisition funnels and metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, Retention).Proficiency in ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google UAC, YouTube, DV360, etc.), Excel, attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust), and BI tools.Leadership & Strategic Acumen
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including business development, marketing, and customer support.Strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Track record of delivering measurable growth through data-driven strategies.Show more
