Business Development Manager – Contractual Staffing

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to acquire and manage corporate clients for contractual staffing solutions.

Responsibilities-

Identify and acquire new corporate clients for contractual staffing through networking, research, and partnerships.

Build and nurture strong relationships with HR and business leaders, understand workforce needs, and provide tailored staffing solutions.

Drive revenue growth by managing the sales cycle end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction, and tracking market trends for business expansion.

Key Requirements

5–15 years of proven experience in business development / sales in staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry .

Strong network of HR and procurement leaders in corporate organizations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of contractual staffing models, compliance, and pricing structure.
