Role Description

We’re hiring a full-time Recruiter (Remote, India) to join Ceed and support recruitment efforts across our growing portfolio of international businesses — including Keey, a real estate company operating in the UK and Dubai.

You’ll play a critical role in hiring real estate agents, operations staff, admin talent, and marketing professionals — ensuring we source top-tier candidates who thrive in fast-paced, remote-first roles.

In this role, you will :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across our companies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal tools
• Post jobs, build pipelines, and run proactive outreach campaigns
• Coordinate candidate communications and ensure an outstanding experience
• Own and manage the hiring workflow inside our ATS (Zoho Recruit)
• Work directly with hiring managers and the company founder to understand job briefs and meet deadlines
• Handle salary alignment, offer letters, onboarding steps, and feedback loops
• Continuously improve hiring processes and sourcing strategies for better speed and quality
