Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven HR Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience, including hands-on expertise in bulk hiring , to join our growing team in the iGaming industry . Based in Dubai , this role offers a hybrid work environment , providing flexibility while engaging with a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on bulk hiring across various business functions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, professional networks, and internal databases.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports.
Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives tailored for the iGaming sector.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience , including bulk / volume hiring .

Experience in the iGaming, tech, or high-growth digital industries is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setup within the Dubai office.

Preferred Skills :

Proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring compliance is an advantage.
