Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our staffing firm. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, building relationships with them, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referralsBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the recruitment processConduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fitManage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and facilitating offersEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policiesCollaborate with the Account Manager to understand clients' staffing needs and identify suitable candidatesKeep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that candidates receive the best possible experienceQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, human resources, or a related field preferred.At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the staffing industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in using recruitment tools and softwareShift : 05 : 30pm - 02 : 30am
