What You Should Know About This Job

We're growing our team in Bangalore and looking for enthusiastic recruiters who are eager to make an impact in non-IT, functional, and engineering hiring.

Experience : 1-2 years

Location : Bangalore (currently remote, potential on-site in future)

Shift : Night Shift (8 : 30 PM - 5 : 30 AM IST)

What You'll Do :

Source Candidates : Use platforms like Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn to find top talent based on client needs.

Screen & Match : Review resumes, screen candidates, and share the best fits with clients.

Build Talent Pipelines : Maintain strong pipelines for recurring or high-priority roles.

Coordinate Interviews : Schedule interviews, stay in touch with candidates, and help manage the offer process.

Track Activities : Log all your recruitment activities in our ATS (JobDiva).

What We're Looking For :

1-2 years of experience in US staffing / recruitment.

Experience supporting MSP / VMS clients is a must.

A strong interest in hiring across non-tech and engineering functions.

Familiarity with sourcing tools and job boards.

Strong communication skills-both verbal and written.

Comfortable working night shifts and in a fast-paced team environment.

Proactive, organized, and always eager to learn.
