Job descriptionLooking for a strong "US IT & Non-IT Recruiter" . Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, W2&1099 visa type. Proficiency with ATS / VMS (e.g., Ceipal), and managing high-volume hiring Respond to requirements rapidly-deliver quality candidate submissions within 2-3 hours of receipt Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Direct US client / delivery partner experience Minimum 2 - 7 years of Experience in US Recruitments! Better understand the key requirements for a position. Involves several stages, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Plus & Desired : would work on the Semiconductors, Light industries, Engineering , Manufacturing , Sourcing / Procurement, Machine Operator , Field Service Engineer, Also Clinical Reqs & Pharma Reqs.
Salary : Competitive / Paid in Indian Rupee . INR / Annual Recommended Quick Links
