Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads to drive business growth, managing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves collaborating with various teams, presenting solutions to stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Strong expertise in Business and Account Management, ensuring the effective management of client relationships and accounts.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions, and foster long-term relationships.
• Keen understanding of market trends and industry dynamics to offer strategic insights.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
• Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or leisure industry, is a plus.
