About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital product sales, software or app-based solutions , and should be confident in dealing with large retail chains, malls, and fashion stores . This role involves direct field interactions, client relationship building, and driving sales growth for our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, approach, and onboard large clothing stores, fashion outlets, and shopping malls for our digital / app-based solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with key retail decision-makers.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue goals are consistently met.
- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare daily / weekly sales reports and maintain an updated CRM.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales , preferably in digital, SaaS, or app-based product sales .Proven experience selling to retail or fashion industry clients (malls, outlets, or franchise stores).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to handle client objections and close deals independently.Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms .Must be self-motivated , goal-oriented, and comfortable with field travel across Hyderabad.Preferred Skills :
Experience in selling digital marketing services, POS systems, or e-commerce applications .Knowledge of local Hyderabad retail market and key fashion brand networks.Basic understanding of digital transformation needs in the retail sector.What We Offer :
