Job Title : Manager- SalesLocation : Pune, MaharashtraDepartment : Business DevelopmentEmployment Type : Full-Time (Monday to Friday, Europe Shift)Travel Requirement : Up to 35%About the Role : Neeyamo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to lead and grow ourglobal sales team for pre-employment background screening services. The ideal candidatewill bring strong leadership, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to guidea high-performing team towards ambitious revenue targets.Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 3 to 4 sales professionals covering global markets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed team revenuetargets (USD 3 million annually).
- Support the team in complex sales pursuits, including direct client engagement.
- Mentor, coach, and train team members in sales execution and strategy.
- Conduct impactful presentations and communicate effectively with C-suiteexecutives.
- Manage and respond to RFPs and formal procurement processes.
- Leverage CRM tools and other sales platforms to track performance and pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success andsatisfaction.Qualifications & Experience :
- MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, preferably in Human CapitalManagement (HCM) or Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO).
- Proven experience working with global clients and international markets.Skills & Competencies :

- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
