It is a decorative flooring company based in Pune and executing its operation all over India.

Expert in the fields of specialized industrial, commercial & residential flooring.

Asst. Sales Manager is a person who is responsible for generating business for the company by finding new clients, developing Channel Partners, Generating Orders from them, Brand Building.

Employee responsibilities :

1.Generating Business Leads

Generating, adding and updating database of ideal prospects.
Networking, Building relationships with Architects, PMCs, Builders
Building strategic alliances with suppliers of other products and services to the same

target segment.

Qualify the leads - understanding the client’s requirements, timelines and suggesting the suitable products or systems.

Effectively communicate with clients, architects, PMCs etc and value-sell our products.

Handle presentations, requirement discussions, negotiations, competitor study, rapport building

Diligently follow up for order closure, collect PO & Advance.

3. Channel partner management :

Adding new channel partners

Generating business from existing channel partners by supporting them and with

continuous follow-ups

Providing and updating channel partners with new products / systems by arranging training programs

Relevant Experience : Fresher Or Maximum 2-3 Years in Construction Chemical and

Building Material Sales

Relevant Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing - MBA / PGDBM

Salary - In between 3 lacs to 3.6 lacs
