Position Overview
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Motadata's channel partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand presence, and enhance market penetration across Western India.
This role requires end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle-from lead generation and qualification to pitching, deal closure, and account expansion-while ensuring exceptional customer and partner experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales management, deep expertise in partner engagement, strong business acumen, and the ability to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market presence.
- Design and execute partner enablement strategies, including training and certification programs.
- Build structured onboarding processes to accelerate partner time-to-revenue.
End Customer Engagement
Maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.Understand customer business challenges and deliver tailored solutions to maximize ROI.Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with existing partners.Conduct regular business reviews and joint planning sessions to drive partner growth and profitability.Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets.Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and take corrective actions to ensure achievement.Market Expansion & Strategy
Research new markets, emerging trends, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop region-specific go-to-market strategies.Contract Negotiation & Compliance
Negotiate partner agreements that are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.Ensure all contractual terms comply with legal and operational guidelines.Training & Partner Support
Deliver ongoing product, solution, and sales methodology training to channel partners.Provide resources, tools, and support to help partners succeed in the market.Reporting & Analysis
