Key Purpose To drive revenue, build and maintain relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through effective selling strategies and Partner engagement.

Hiring Location : Hyderabad / Madhya Pradesh / Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent StudyReach Brand to promote our services to agents, international educators, and prospective students.
  • Willing to familiarize with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Represent Study Reach at various recruitment events.
  • Provide the Area Manager with updates on the pipeline, growth strategy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with both the admissions and customer support teams while demonstrating the skill to gracefully resolve conflicts
  • Maintain relationships with our Key Account Recruitment Partners.
  • Manage assigned set of recruitment partners in the region and drive various stages of the application funnel
  • Experience in social selling, including leveraging Linkedin and other networks to reach critical contacts in your targeted accounts.
  • Run regular meetings with recruitment partners for customer feedback and growth plans.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

About You :

Experience Required :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international student recruitment experience and / or higher education institutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challengeswithin this industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal with a willingness to work with people of all backgrounds.
  • Ability to build productive long-term relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally.
