SUMMARY :
Drive Gift Card sales of Landmark group business units through corporate client / partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Topline & discount control
- Achieving sales targets and revenue goals - Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Sales performance – sharp tracking of client wise sales as per commitment / projection agreed in the contract / agreement.
- Discount control - manage discounts within the approved budget of each business unit.
Client management
Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients - understanding their needs, providing solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships.Identifying and developing new business opportunities – from potential clients, generating leads, and reaching out to new prospects.Managing a portfolio of corporate clients - Keeping track of client interactions, sales progress, and overall account health.Conducting sales presentations and proposals – suitable proposition basis client requirement and services to clients.Negotiating and closing sales deals - Successfully securing contracts and agreements with corporate clients.Providing excellent customer service and support - Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and after-sales service.Collaborating with internal teams - Working with other departments to ensure smooth order / service execution and client satisfaction.MIS
Sales reports and updatesKeeping management informed of sales activities, progress, and challenges.Provide weekly sales and monthly performance analysis to corporate office management.Ensure reconciliation between the revenue assurance team(internal) and client reporting systems (external).Create monthly MIS on business performance & present the same to corporate office management.Competition analysis.
Track competition performance for benchmarkingProvide competitor information and analysis to the business heads for benchmarking.Staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.Required Skills :
Proven experience in Corporate Sales - demonstrated success in selling to other businesses, ideally with experience in a gift card industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to build rapport, present effectively, and negotiate deals.Strong negotiation and closing skills – ability to successfully securing contracts and agreements with corporate clients.Ability to build and maintain relationships - Fostering trust and rapport with key decision-makers.Proficiency in excel and sales tools - Using technology to manage leads, track sales progress, and analyze data.Understanding of the sales process and cycle - Knowledge of how to move a prospect from initial contact to closed deal.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Identifying client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.Results-oriented and self-motivated - Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.Qualification :
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.4-8 years hands on experience in Gift Cards, Institutional Sales.
