Description :

  • EXFO is seeking a highly dynamic, Customer driven individual reporting to the Country Sales DirectorIndia & SAARC region.
  • You will execute and drive the Sales Strategies in assigned territories.
  • The focus market will be Datacenters & Hyperscalers accounts, NEMs & Labs in south India.
  • This is a remote, work from home position to be based in Bangalore.

Job Description :

  • Responsible for the development and growth of EXFO business (Test & Measurement NDO & MDR portfolio, including RFTM), in South India Terriotry.
  • Focus Market : Datacenters & Hyperescalers, NEMs & Labs in South India Market.
  • Lead, maintain and establish the relationship with channel partners and / or customers and key accounts.
  • Executing Overall Region Sales and managing Partners / Channels.
  • Executing Country Marketing Plans.
  • Manage and grow Sales Pipeline and ownership of all sales resources and database.
  • What were looking for :

    Technical skills :

  • Domain knowlege of Data Center, Hyperscalers Operations etc.
  • Knowledge in Fiber Optic Testing, PON, MPLS / IPVPN / Ethernet Technologies, DWDM.
  • Some experience and familiarity with Remote Fiber Management System.
  • Required aptitudes :

  • Experience in proposing telecommunications solutions to Telecom Service Provider.
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated successful track record in working with Telecom Service Providers in India & South Asia in a Sales Environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute a growth plan whether individually or for a team & should have met Quota consistently over last 3 years or more.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of India & South Asia telecom trends and technology movements.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing complex sales process.
  • Familiarity with Sr Management staff of Tier1 Telecom Operators, Equipment Manufacturers, Webscale companies, System Integrators, Enterprise Network Operators etc.
  • Possess winning attitude i.
  • being Open Minded, Open Communications, Self Driven, Result Oriented and Team Player.

    Pertinent experience :

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in sales development / account management / channel sales in a high tech environment.
  • Language requirements :

  • English Both Written and University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or an appropriate field.
  • Business degree an asset.
