We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead the growth and performance of our sales across third-party platforms, retail channels, and strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic planning, relationship management, and operational execution to accelerate our multi-channel presence.
Key Responsibilities :
Channel Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement channel strategies across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit), offline retail, and marketplaces.
Identify new partnership and distribution opportunities to expand reach.
Monitor competitor activity and evolving market trends to inform channel decisions.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive revenue targets through promotions, campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies.
Optimize product assortment, margins, and availability across platforms.
Track and analyze key performance indicators : sales velocity, AOV, conversions, and profitability.
Relationship Management
Manage communication and collaboration with channel partners, distributors, and retail teams.
Negotiate commercial terms and joint marketing initiatives.
Coordinate internally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to meet channel needs.
Operational Excellence & Performance Monitoring
Oversee accurate listings, product content, and visual assets across platforms.
Forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure timely replenishments.
Generate regular MIS reports and insights for leadership review.
Brand Visibility & Consistency
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all partner channels.
Plan and execute co-branded marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align campaigns.
Key Qualification and Skills :
3–6 years of experience in channel management into offline retail and e-commerce (preferably in a D2C or consumer brand environment)
Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and operational skills, with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and performance dashboards
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
