What You’ll Own
- End-to-End Sales – Lead the entire sales cycle across India / ME / APAC, from cold outreach to contract closure
- Quota Ownership – Consistently deliver ARR; build and maintain a repeatable, scalable pipeline
- Trusted Advisor Status – Engage CXOs and navigate complex buying processes including compliance and procurement
- Hybrid GTM – Drive both direct and indirect sales; develop and manage strategic partner channels (resellers, MSSPs)
- Team Captain – Guide SDRs, AEs, and SEs with clear OKRs and winning deal strategies
- Field Intelligence – Be the voice of the customer; bring back insights that shape our roadmap
What You’ll Bring
8–12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with proven success in IAM (Mandatory), security / identity domainsConsistent track record of exceeding quotas in India, Middle East, or APAC marketsDeep understanding of the IAM buyer journey : security, compliance, IT, and procurementExperience selling complex, high-value solutions to technical and business decision-makersProficiency with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and excellent CRM hygieneBonus : Experience pitching cloud-native or agent-based platformsTired of selling the same old pitch?
