Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, providing training and support to the sales team, and analyzing sales data to inform decision-making. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of the real estate market in Navi Mumbai is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
