Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with 5+ years of domain expertise in the flexible packaging industry, specifically serving key sectors such as automobile, electronics, and retail.
This role demands a strategic sales leader capable of managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored packaging solutions that meet complex industry requirements. The ideal candidate will combine industry knowledge with strong sales acumen to accelerate business expansion and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting automobile, electronics, and retail industry stakeholders to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, understanding client needs, and positioning flexible packaging solutions accordingly.
- Lead sales negotiations, contract management, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive advantage.
- Collaborate closely with product development, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies and solution customization.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and new business opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle management, from lead generation and qualification to closing and post-sales support.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, enhancing brand presence and market visibility.
Required Skills & Minimum 5 years of hands-on sales experience in the flexible packaging industry, with exposure to automobile, electronics, and / or retail sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in B2B environments.Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and industry-specific compliance standards.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and build strategic partnerships.Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to formulate effective sales Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.Experience working with multinational clients or within global supply chains.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.Key Competencies :
