Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical field) is required.
An MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive sales experience in the industrial automation industry, with at least 5 years in a sales management or leadership capacity.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth.
Profound understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing operations, and the application of automation technologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and standard business productivity tools.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally internationally, as required.
