Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
Experience in preparing sales reports and using sales forecasting software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
Experience in the elevator or home lift industry is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
