Company DescriptionWoodzon is India’s largest online marketplace for woodworking raw material brand with a mission tosupport MSME factories and Contractors by offering sustainable, affordable, and highly durable products.We are currently working with some of the premium corporates, Architect, Contractors, Factories and exploring more.We are looking to scale to all Tier-1 cities this year and tap into all Premium Commercial architects, PMCs and Developers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Woodzon IBS located in Banaswadi, Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating with customer requirements, developing sales strategies, setting and meeting sales targets, and analyzing data to improve sales processes. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other teams to maintain customer satisfaction and company growth.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team, meeting or exceeding targets and goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and trends to improve sales processes and strategiesExperience with sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) toolsAbility to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with excellent time management and organizational skillsExperience in the field of wood products sales is a plus
