Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for end-to end recruitment process from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Proficiency in sourcing relevant candidates through job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms is essential.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, MIS / Trackers and candidate data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Manage the complete post-selection process, including offer rollout, candidate communication, document collection, and coordination of onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from selection to joining.
- Candidate must have expertise in bulk hiring, conducting walk-in recruitment drives.
