Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for end-to end recruitment process from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Proficiency in sourcing relevant candidates through job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms is essential.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, MIS / Trackers and candidate data.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Manage the complete post-selection process, including offer rollout, candidate communication, document collection, and coordination of onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from selection to joining.
• Candidate must have expertise in bulk hiring, conducting walk-in recruitment drives.
