Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a dynamic Sr. Sales Executive to join our team. This B2B sales role is focused on acquiring and nurturing business clients across retail chains, wholesalers, and institutional buyers within the FMCG sector . You will leverage your expertise to drive sales growth, build strong relationships, and contribute strategically to our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion : Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients through effective outbound outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management : Maintain and grow strong business relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to specific target markets.
  • Market Intelligence : Conduct regular market visits to stay ahead of competitor activities and industry trends, collecting and relaying market intelligence for continuous product improvement.
  • Negotiation : Negotiate contracts, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules, to secure favorable agreements.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management : Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Order Fulfillment Coordination : Ensure seamless order fulfillment in close coordination with supply chain teams.
  • Data Management : Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts using CRM and Excel tools .
  • Marketing Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team for product promotions and campaigns, ensuring alignment of sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG .
  • Market Knowledge : Strong network and knowledge of general trade, modern trade, and institutional channels.
  • Skills : Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track Record : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software .
  • Industry Understanding : Deep understanding of FMCG product categories and market dynamics .
