Job Summary
Responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders / bids for government and private projects to ensure timely and accurate documentation and compliance with tender requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Search and track new tender opportunities.
Prepare and submit tender documents as per client specifications.
Coordinate with internal departments for required data and approvals.
Maintain records of submitted tenders and results.
Ensure compliance with all tender terms, conditions, and timelines.
Qualifications
Graduate (preferably in Business, Engineering, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in tendering or documentation.
Proficient in MS Office and government e-procurement portals.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
