Drishti IAS is hiring Business Development Executive will be working
in a team of go-getters to help spread the Drishti IAS way of learning and will be responsible for
mentoring students.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to students about various courses and programs across different
verticals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with organizational objectives.Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups to ensure smooth student onboarding.Achieve and exceed the KPIs set by the manager through effective sales strategies.Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to provide regular feedback.Conduct cold calling to engage potential students and maintain records of interactions andinquiries in CRM (LeadSquared).
Language Requirement And Desirability
English proficiency is mandatory for all positions.Any Graduate / Postgraduate can apply.Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) for the specified positions.Interest in mentoring & guiding students.Good interpersonal & presentation skills.Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales and counseling environment.Skills Required
