Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads, understand business requirements, and set up meetings with the concerned team members.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM with accurate information.
- Follow up proactively on warm leads and nurture long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to refine outreach messaging and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly / monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and conversions.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client outreach (preferably in marketing / IT / agency domain).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency a must).Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently during the WFH period and coordinate effectively with the Gurgaon-based team.Immediate joiner preferred.What We Offer
