We are seeking an experienced Client Relation / - Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team, focused on expanding our presence across the Fintech, banking, and wealth consulting sectors.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial services and technology, a strong network, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities.
- Market Expansion : Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities in the FinTech, banking, and wealth management consulting space.
- Partnership Development : Establish and nurture relationships with banks, financial institutions, wealth managers, family offices, and strategic partners.
- Sales Strategy : Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing financial products or digital solutions.
- Client Engagement : Lead sales presentations, product demos, proposals, and contract negotiations with potential clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to tailor solutions to client needs and market demands.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain a healthy pipeline and track opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Industry Insights : Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in financial services to inform business strategy.
- Revenue Growth : Drive revenue and growth targets through structured outreach, relationship management, and solution selling.
Qualifications & Experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales, ideally within FinTech, banking, or wealth consulting.Strong understanding of financial markets, digital banking solutions, investment products, or wealth management services.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with C-level executives ,founders , promoters and decision-makers.(ref : iimjobs.com)
