The Client Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing client relationships with corporates, general counsels, and senior stakeholders building credibility, trust, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, corporates, and referral networks.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Strengthen the firm’s referral network by engaging with industry associations, chambers, and professional groups.
- Track client preferences, industry updates, and competitive intelligence to anticipate client needs and align firm offerings.
- Deliver polished and impactful presentations to senior corporate stakeholders.
- Draft clear, client-centric communication including proposals, engagement letters, and follow-up notes.
Qualifications
Education : LLB or MBA (preferred).Experience : 4-5 years of relevant experience (PQE).Prior exposure in professional services (law / consulting) is advantageous.Soft Skills :
Excellent presentation skills to hold senior-level conversations.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport.Professional demeanor with confidence and approachability.Application Process
