Our client is looking for a trusted advisor responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with UHNW / HNW family members, overseeing wealth management activities, coordinating with investment, legal, and tax advisors, and ensuring seamless execution of financial and personal requirements.
Seeking candidates with postgraduate qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant professional certifications (CFA, CA, CFP) from a Tier 1 institute.
Relevant candidates will have 8-12 years of experience in wealth, relationship building, client servicing in a reputed bank / family office / wealth firm / other financial service organization.
Key responsibilities of this role would involve :
1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for the family and their representatives.
- Build deep, trusted relationships while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion.
- Understand family priorities, preferences, and sensitivities to anticipate needs.
2. Wealth & Investment Coordination
Liaise with internal investment teams and external advisors (banks, AMCs, private equity, etc.) to monitor portfolios.Support in evaluating new investment opportunities and ensure timely reporting to the family.Coordinate with tax and legal advisors to ensure compliant and efficient wealth structuring.3. Financial Oversight & Reporting
Consolidate and present periodic reports on investments, expenses, and overall family wealth.Track cash flows, budgets, and capital calls, ensuring smooth execution of transactions.Highlight risks, performance trends, and opportunities to the family office leadership.4. Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (domestic & international).Maintain proper documentation of investment decisions, contracts, and family directives.Support in setting up governance frameworks and best practices.5. Family Support & Lifestyle Management (where relevant)
Assist in managing philanthropic activities, foundations, and trusts.Coordinate with service providers for family needs (property managers, travel, insurance, etc.).Provide solutions to ad-hoc requests with discretion and efficiency.6. Strategic Support
