We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and partnerships within the FMCG / consumer goods segment. The ideal candidate will generate leads and convert them into strategic manufacturing partnerships through effective outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential FMCG brands that can outsource their manufacturing.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other B2B channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients; drive engagement through compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and communicate how our manufacturing setup can fulfill their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across targeted organizations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.
- Track sales activities and maintain detailed reports using CRM tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.Proven track record of lead generation and client acquisition through digital channels and outbound sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage targets.Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.This job was posted by Varsha Bhosale from EC Infosolutions.
