Job description

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and partnerships within the FMCG / consumer goods segment. The ideal candidate will generate leads and convert them into strategic manufacturing partnerships through effective outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential FMCG brands that can outsource their manufacturing.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other B2B channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients; drive engagement through compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate how our manufacturing setup can fulfill their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across targeted organizations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.
  • Track sales activities and maintain detailed reports using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and client acquisition through digital channels and outbound sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
