What We Expect
- Leads or supports sales organization to achieve and / or exceed sales objectives for supporting the organization's overall business goals.
- Translation and implementation of BU strategy in OU / region / territory.
- Strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting for OU / region / territory.
- Ensures that the Sales Organizations develops into a High Performance Organization by, active involvement into the hiring process, coaching, training, development and retaining of key functions / staff, incentive schemes reviews, appraisals, team building etc.
- Initiate and implementation of performance improvement initiatives in coordination with BU / OU.
- Responsible to ensure delivery of business results quantitative (OI, OI GM etc.) qualitative (NPS, Attrition rate, KPI / OLI benchmarks).
- Drive and coaches Sales Management systematics within organization (pipeline review, performance review, war room projects, Eagle, KPI, OLI review etc.).
- Active interaction with key customers on executive level / on senior level to support Sales Rep.
- Coordinates with marketing BU / OU customer activities (customer events, product launches, speeches etc).
- Coordinates cross regional sales activities (Regional accounts, cross boarder business).
- Regularly collection of market information to maintains Market Intelligence system.
- Drive process simplification to maximize 'Air time' with customers for Sales Reps.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.Experience 12 to 15 years.Good understanding of technical details of elevators / escalators.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams.Good understanding of market.Strong ability to build and develop professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.What we offer
