Job descriptionDrive compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and RBI requirements for NBFCs and Mutual funds. Handle Board, AGM, and EGM meetings including minutes, resolutions, and annual reports Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely RoC and regulatory filings Draft and vet legal documents and shareholder communications Provide compliance advisory to the Board and top management Ensure smooth functioning of Board Committees (Audit, NRC, CSR, etc.) Strong command over Corporate Laws, RBI guidelines and Secretarial Practices Excellent drafting, communication, and advisory skills High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters

Eligibility (Mandatory Criteria) :
- Currently working in NBFC / AMC / Mutual Fund sector (minimum 3 years)
- Prior NBFC / Mutual fund experience with secretarial & RBI compliance exposure
- CS qualification (LLB preferred)
- Min 7 - 10 years of total relevant experience
