Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage listing applications and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, including ICDR, LODR, PIT, and Takeover Regulations.
• Monitor disclosures and coordinate with stock exchanges (BSE / NSE) on compliance and surveillance matters.
• Lead automation initiatives for compliance monitoring and disclosure platforms.
• Represent the organization in SEBI committee meetings, inspections, and regulatory interactions.
• Provide policy-level inputs and foster strong relationships with SEBI and other regulatory bodies.
• Update exchange databases post-listing approvals for shares and related activities.
