Our client is Investment Banking company so you will be playing a key role as a Vice President Program Management who can assist with the below : .

Level : VP (senior leadership) Program & Change Management.

Function : Program & Change Management in Wholesale / Wealth Management banking.

Department : Chief Transformation Office (CTO) responsible for delivering regulatory, infrastructure, expansion, and transformation initiatives.

Core Purpose :

Drive large-scale transformation programs (regulatory, technology, business change).

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Manage end-to-end project / program delivery, governance, risks, and senior stakeholder relationships.

Lead change management, strategy, and execution for Wealth Management functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead multiple stakeholder engagements and program workstreams.
• Oversee project teams and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Analyse end-to-end system & process flows, propose improvements, and document them.
• Collaborate with technology teams (esp. Avaloq Core Platform).
• Set up governance, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations.
• Act as a mentor / coach for project teams.
• Support business development activities with senior stakeholders (C-level).
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and high ethical standards in execution.
