Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across South India.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients in pharma, FMCG, and packaging industries.
- Lead regional sales team, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market penetration.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Drive participation in regional trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : 12–18 years in capital equipment sales, preferably in press and packaging machinery.Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred.Skills : Strong technical understanding of packaging machinery.Proven track record in B2B industrial sales.Team leader & go getterExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Willingness to travel extensively across the region.Skills Required
