Auro Realty - Deputy General Manager - Finishes

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and manage the execution of high-end finishes for our premium residential project. The Deputy General Manager Finishes will be responsible for ensuring world-class quality, timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to design standards across all finishing works, while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all finishing works (internal & external) including flooring, cladding, false ceiling, joinery, doors, windows, painting, modular works, bathroom / kitchen finishes, faade finishes, and landscaping interfaces.
• Review GFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate execution of finishing activities.
• Drive execution of luxury / high-end finishes with international quality standards.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, contracts, and MEP teams for seamless execution.
• Resolve site-level technical issues and provide solutions without affecting project timelines.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Prepare and track project schedules, progress reports, and quality audits.
• Implement quality control systems and ensure mock-ups / samples are approved prior to mass execution.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining uncompromised quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders for approvals and updates.
