In the last 12 months, NxtWave learners have been hired by 700+ companies including Google, Amazon, Nvidia, Goldman Sachs, Oracle, IBM, Bank of America, Deloitte and more.We're growing fast and we need your talent, skills, and passion.Know more about NxtWave : https : / / www.Ccbp.InRead more about us in the news - Economic Times | The Hindu | Yourstory | VCCircleWhat are we looking for ?Proven experience of 5+ years in managing and leading Sales / Pre-Sales teams, preferably in the EdTech industry.Expertise in building and managing sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines.A strategic mindset to effectively communicate our offerings to prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.Skilled at crafting compelling narratives based on product features and business requirements.Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.A passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.Highly dedicated individuals with strong work ethics and determination.Empathetic leaders with great patience and a strong sense of empathy.Proven expertise in handling P&L responsibilities across 100+ volume business unit.You're ideal for this role, if : You can manage a team of Regional Heads / State Heads and Senior Managers, who, in turn, manage Business Development Managers and Associates.You can instill a sense of empathy in your team to effectively communicate high-paying career opportunities to prospective learners and drive high-quality qualified leads that result in better sales conversions.You have proven experience in driving outcomes from Pre-Sales / Sales teams to achieve targets.You thrive in a high-growth startup environment and seek a Zonal Manager role that offers meaning and impact.Roles & Responsibilities : Team Leadership and Management : Directly responsible for the performance and growth of Regional Heads / State Heads, Senior Managers, and Managers across 3+ states.Lead and guide Regional Heads / State Heads to achieve designated sales-qualified lead and sales conversion targets across all products.Continuously monitor and train teams to improve performance and conversion rates.Strategic Responsibilities : Oversee the entire pre-sales lifecycle, including calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and sales conversions, while optimizing the lead qualification funnel to enhance efficiency and improve conversion rates.Generate outcomes with optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).Maintain detailed databases of interactions with leads and provide constant feedback on lead quality to the respective teams..Performance Management and Improvement : Establish and monitor weekly and monthly targets.Analyze and provide actionable insights on customer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape to the marketing team.Manage escalations effectively and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Develop and recommend strategies, set weekly targets, and define job responsibilities for team members.Provide prompt responses to crucial issues and suggest solutionsPersonal Attributes : Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented : Driven to achieve and exceed targets.Adaptable : Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and team members.Strategic Thinker : Capable of developing and implementing effective business strategies across multiple states.Analytical : Skilled in evaluating performance data to make informed decisions and optimize processes.Why NxtWave?Get a front-row seat to a high-growth, fast-paced startupAccelerated learning curveImpact millions of lives and develop role models in every nook and corner of the countryWork with the founding team of NxtWave who are on a mission to transform IndiaHigh transparency in decision-makingMarket Competitive salaryLanguages Known : Native in TeluguExcellent proficiency in EnglishProficiency in other languages is advantageousWork Location & Working Days : Work from Office6-Day WeekWeekends will be a working day.
