Job descriptionTalent Acquisition & Employer Branding. Lead end-to-end recruitment for creative, strategy, client servicing, and support roles. Build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring. Strengthen the agency's employer brand to attract top industry talent. Employee Engagement & Culture. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives tailored to a creative workforce. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity. Drive team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. HR Operations & Compliance. Oversee HR policies, employee records, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Handle employee grievances with fairness and confidentiality. Master's / Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in advertising, media, or creative industries. Strong understanding of recruitment in creative / advertising domains. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
