Role Overview :
As a Senior Associate - HR Shared Services , you will be a key part of our HR operations, managing core processes across the employee lifecycle. You'll ensure a smooth experience for employees and internal stakeholders by handling data accuracy, policy adherence, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Process Management
- Execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle : onboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
- Assist with payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
- Support internal and external audits and reporting requirements.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate onboarding for new hires including documentation and systems access.Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture.Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews, return of assets, final settlements, and benefits processing.Employee Relations & HR Support
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and issue resolution.Collaborate with HR colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and support employee engagement.Contribute to initiatives around employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.Policy & Compliance
Ensure HR processes comply with legal standards and internal policies.Stay current with labor laws, industry trends, and best practices to maintain compliance and improve operations.Process Improvement & Collaboration
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement HR best practices.Assist in deploying HR technology solutions.Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and other departments for seamless HR operations.Support broader HR initiatives such as performance reviews, development programs, and training.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience : 5–10 years in HR operations or administration.Technical Skills : Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.Soft Skills :Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsDiscretion in handling confidential informationAnalytical mindset and proactive problem-solvingWorking Conditions :
