Associate General Manager - B2B Enterprise Sales (New Client Acquisition)

Location : Gurugram, India

Work Schedule : 6-Day Work Week

As we accelerate our growth, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate General Manager to lead our B2B Enterprise Sales function in Gurugram.

This is a high-impact, leadership role for a true hunter who thrives on new business acquisition . You will be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for identifying, developing, and closing significant enterprise accounts across India. If you have a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and want to lead a function with a direct impact on our company's success, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

Lead the Charge : Take full ownership of the Enterprise Sales function, developing and executing a strategic plan to acquire new, large-scale B2B clients .

New Client Acquisition : Spearhead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure with key decision-makers.

Build the Pipeline : Identify and penetrate new industry verticals and market segments to generate a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.

Drive Revenue : Consistently achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue and market share growth.

Strategic Partnerships : Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to secure long-term, high-value contracts from prospect client.

Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of market trends to refine our B2B sales strategy and maintain a competitive We're Looking For :

Experience : A total of 10 -15 years of experience, of this a minimum of 5 years of extensive and successful experience in New Enterprise Client Acquisition within the B2B space.

Proven Performer : A strong, quantifiable track record of exceeding sales quotas and bringing in significant new business.

Leadership : A self-starter with a proactive, "can-do" attitude who can lead by example and inspire a team. Have high EQ.

Immediate Availability : This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for candidates who can join us immediately.

Skills : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Drive : Passionate about technology and the energy sector, with a deep understanding of the B2B sales landscape.
