Job description

Client : G lobal leader in industrial automation, offering a wide portfolio of advanced products including pneumatic systems, motion control & fluid control solutions, sensors, PLCs, mechatronics, and connectors. With a strong global footprint, they enable customers across industries to achieve efficiency, precision, and innovation in their operations.

in industrial automation solutions targeting diverse applications in process industries like Confectionery, Food Processing,FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Printing & Packaging etc.

Role Objective

To spearhead new client acquisition and significantly scale up dealer-driven business growth, with a strategic focus on penetrating large global accounts in Food, Confectionery, Beverages, and Packaging sectors.The incumbent will be responsible for delivering a sales funnel of ₹300 Crs annually through new client wins, while doubling partner (dealer) business from ₹200 Crs to ₹400 Crs within two years

Key Drivers :

  • New Client Acquisition
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy for global and strategic accounts.
  • Identify, engage, and acquire large accounts such as
  • Amul, Nestlé, Cadbury, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and similar FMCG / packaging majors
  • Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), consultants, and SPM manufacturers to accelerate lead generation.
  • Conduct competitor and market mapping to identify gaps, opportunities, and tailored entry strategies.
  • Dealer / Channel Management :
  • Drive growth across 80+ dealers, scaling business from ₹200 Cr to ₹400 Cr in 2 years through structured programs.
  • Strengthen dealer capability in technical selling, solution integration, and account management.
  • Monitor dealer performance through robust review mechanisms, KPIs, and incentive frameworks.
  • Revenue & Market Growth :
  • Build and manage a
  • sustainable sales funnel of ₹300 Cr annually
  • from new accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell across automation product lines to maximize revenue per client.
  • Expand market share in target industries by positioning integrated automation solutions.
  • Strategic Market Intelligence :
  • Continuously analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Provide inputs to product and solution teams for portfolio enhancement.

Incumbent Profile :

  • 20+ years in Sales & Marketing within Industrial Automation preferably across pneumatics, motion control, sensors, PLCs, and mechatronics.
  • Proven success in acquiring and managing strategic accounts in the industrial automation domain.
  • Demonstrated experience in
  • dealer / channel management with Pan-India exposure.
  • Strong
  • networking and relationship-building skills
  • with direct customers, consultants, and industry influencers.
  • Solid commercial acumen with the ability to structure large, complex deals.
  • ANNUAL COMPENSATION : 55-60LPA
