Industry Preference : Office Furnishings, Luxury B2B, Chairs, Glass, Lighting, FMCD

About the Role :

We are hiring a high-performing Sr. Manager - B2B Sales to drive new business and manage strategic key accounts in the premium B2B space.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business development - identify, pitch, and close large B2B opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts and grow wallet share through relationship-building & solution-selling.
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and revenue targets.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking forums.

What We're Looking For :

  • 8-12 years of B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience in office furniture, premium interiors, lighting, glass, FMCD or luxury / premium B2B products
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, design-led environment
